Analysis of the percentages of poverty in Latin America ( Andrea Terán)

In this image we can see the total percentage of indigent people and those who live in precarious conditions. I think the percentages are quite high and the solution for this is to promote education in the countries of Latin America because if we compare with Europe, the percentages there are quite low because the governors of the different countries focus on providing public education to the people who need it.
